Coghlan's 12-Cup Stainless Steel Coffee Pot

I've been using this as my coffee pot for years in my home. I don't know why it has any negative reviews. If anyone has used a percolator before, they are a little finicky to use. This one is a bit more so. The metal stem needs to be slightly bent occasionally to get the lid to close (mostly). The caveat is that this lid does not close tightly like the cheaper aluminum varieties. However, the aluminum varieties consistently get ruined with melted top knobs and they fall off easy, with no replacements available. This percolator has top knob replacements available (which I have never needed once in 7 years). Also, you kind of need to spin the basket and stem around slowly to get it to close correctly. That said, if you like strong coffee, this is the best pot you can get. Quad shots of espresso don't do anything for me like a cup of coffee from this percolator.
