Already in gift box, very nice for gifts.

I had to reorder this item after receiving the first order. one cup was broken, despite being in a gift box and well packed. I was refunded the money and reordered but the second time the size and shape of the cups were different, price was the same. I received the second order in good condition. They come in a gift box and include a lid for each cup and a gold spoon per cup. The cups say Mr. on the gray one and Mrs. on the pink one. They were an anniversary gift for my brother and his wife. She loved the pink color. He didn't say anything. But, he uses a cup for his coffee or tea all the time, then after a while he'll change to a different one. They're very nice as a gift. I didn't speak to the seller but both orders came promptly. It would also make a nice wedding gift. They have a big enough handle to hold them securely. The lids fit well. As to how hot it keeps things, I really can't say, as I have not heard either of them mention that. But they are nice looking cups, so I would recommend them as gifts. T
