I received the Cocoon mattress a few months ago, and it was not damaged in shipping and arrived on time. I set it up easily by myself. I have had no issues at all, and it has kept its shape wonderfully! It's the firmness I expected, and the edge support is better than I expected! I put on a mattress protector, so I feel like it's warm at times. that may be the reason, or it's the matress. i don't know. so far, so good, IMO.
