My 5 year old grandson loves this inflatable racing snow machine, however it won't stay fully inflated, it came out of the box like this. It has a pin hole in the seam on the bottom, no patch was included! I've requested a return, however they will not send a new one until the defected one has been returned. Doesn't seem fair that a 5-year old has to wait for a replacement, especially when the item arrived defective. If the defected one doesn't get sent back by the time allotted charge me for the second one. This would be a Win Win for all ! I would have given 5 stars if the replacement was already on its way I like the colors and the excitement my grandson had when he first saw it! This is a great winter outdoor activity when things are working properly.
