AVOID PROLONGED BREATHING OF VAPOR. Use in well-ventilated areas. Open windows and turn on fans before use. If the vapors bother you, leave the room while this product is working. TO CLEAN HARD, NONPOROUS SURFACES AND GROUT: Turn nozzle to ON. Spray product 4–6 inches from surface until soiled area is thoroughly wet. Let stand up to 5 mins. Rinse clean. Do not allow product to dry. For heavily soiled surfaces, pre-clean before spraying. Use on ceramic tile, grout, porcelain, fiberglass, chrome.

The preferred price would be around 3.99. I would be able to buy it more frequently, as in monthly rather than every couple months.
