Spray stain remover onto stain until completely covered. For grout and tougher stains, wait 5 minutes. Rinse with water or wipe dry. For carpet, mattresses and upholstery, blot stain with a clean, dry cloth. Spray onto stain until covered, wait 3 minutes. Blot with a clean, damp cloth. For outdoor use, wash surfaces with water. Spray product directly onto stain or odor and allow to air dry. Do not allow product or rinse water to enter storm drains, lakes, streams or other bodies of water.

Excellent product to remove pet urine orders!
My cat had missed her box in a storage room and as I tried to clean it up it spread underneath various storage containers. I washed the vinyl floor with vinegar and water twice without success. The maintenance person suggested this product. After taking everything out of the room I sprayed it heavily an d left it for 15 minutes and then dried it. The next morning I could still smell some urine so I repeated heavily spraying and letting it sit for 15 minutes and then drying it. There is no more smell at all. The product worked beautifully!

IT WORKS, IT WORKS, IT WORKS!!!!!!!!! Absolutely puts down the urine smell. Be sure to spray generously as urine is strong and if it is on a carpet, it has sunk into the fibers. Spray it, let it sit for about 30 seconds, then scrub the area to clean it up. Has been a lifesaver with my new puppy and my new home.
