Plenty of foot room. It hasn't molded at all even after being in the tub for over a year. The only thing I would remind folks is that depending on your tub surface, it may slip a bit when you are first stepping onto it with each shower, so be careful and don't be lazy with your footing (people tend to slide their feet into the tub for some reason). Once you've planted your feet, it doesn't slide at all (I think the suction cups on the bottom need to be "reminded" of their job now and again). But I like this mat so much that I bought several backups in case they ever stop making it.

This is the perfect size/shape for a shower enclosure instead of a tub. It has enough body to stay flat instead of slipping when being used, and is comfortable on the feet. I'd buy one again.
