This is a great mouth rinse if you hate the burn of all those other brands. It is literally like rinsing with water. It is soothing and you can keep it in your mouth for as long as you want. A lot of those other brands kill all the bacteria in your mouth and that can actually be bad for your over all health, especially it you have hypertension or cardiac risks. It is better to maintain a healthy microbiom in your mouth. This rinse does help freshen your breath in a more organic way since it is alcohol free and not a minty mask. Yuk!

I have lichen planus flareups in my mouth, which are very painful. This mouthwash/rinse is ideal because it's neutral and causes no discomfort whatsoever.
