The scooter is fine but the company is horrible. sadly I'm returning the scooter. I tried contacting the company seven times through the Walmart app. I could not get a support email address or the company's website. you know in case you wear a tire out and you need a new one. there was nothing of the kind. the first time I asked the company some questions I got a rude response. and since then I have not got a support email address or a company website to get spare parts. another note the user manual doesn't have that information either.
