Clevr 20" Teak Modern Folding Shower Seat Bench Dark Wood Medical Wall Mount

Purchased One(1) and loved it. Purchased another one, 21and unfortunately, the studs in the shower couldn't support it.

I had very high hopes for this product but the design is terrible for mounting it. First is the design of the back. The slats making up the back slide into the back mounting brackets. The mounting brackets MUST be positioned a very precise distance apart. However they are positioned by the mounting screws that hold it into the wall. Worse, the slats cannot be inserted to measure and mount the brackets.are not positioned perfectly, the slats fall out! Next are the instructions. They are useless. They do not mention this mounting nightmare. They do not even provide information on the drill size needed for the anchors. So this is usable if you are extremely handy and think things through before starting to mount it. I actually clamped a slat in the back to align the brackets and then screwed the slat in to hold the brackets at the proper spacing. Then positioned the seat and drilled 4 of the mounting holes. You can then remove the slat, mount the seat, and drill the remaining holes. Remount the seat and slide the slats in. Very poor design.
