The color is absolutely stunning! The pump on the other hand is very weak. It does not push out much soap at all. You have to pump it about four times, and the pump sticks. So you have to lift it up with your finger in order to pump out more soap.

actually no communication from customer service

the soap dispenser I ordered was beautiful but a piece was not sent with the dispenser. I notified customer service three times and heard nothing. I would have sent it back immediately except I already filled it with liquid soap before I noticed the tube from the pump that goes into the soap dispenser was not sent with the soap dispenser.
