Gentle, but very effective.
I have tried a lot of other brand names and none are as gentle or effective as Nature's Way. I take one or two capsules each night before bedtime with a glass of water and I have positive results in the morning. There are no side effects such as cramping or stomach pain. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from constipation.

It works! You need to drink plenty of water when you take a capsule at bedtime, at least one full glass of water, but more is better. The elimination action is gentle next day.
