WARRANTY INFORMATION Kenda Tire USA. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all Kenda bicycle tires, either directly or through an authorized Kenda dealer, and which are purchased within the United States and Canada against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the duration of one year from date of purchase or until the tire no longer has usable tread depth (as determined by Kenda) (whichever comes first), will be replaced with an equivalent Kenda tire. This warranty is void if the tire has been damaged by crash, impact, abuse outside of intended use, or non-adherence to manufacturer guidelines. Warranty does not apply if the tire has been modified. To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall Kenda or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
