Clear Power's 4-wire 30amp dryer cord is made to work with electric dryers in most homes built starting in 1996 when the National Electric Code changed. It's made to operate in temperatures up to 140F, includes a strain relief kit to keep the cord attached to the dryer's terminal block and uses upgraded ring terminals to ensure a perfect connection every time.
