This power pak is something that I needed in my life. One pack in a little water and I get a large amount of vitamins and minerals. I feel so much energy and not as sluggish in days I add this to my water. I like that this comes with 30 individual packs, allowing me to use one a day wherever I am. The powder is ground down fine and mixes with the water with ease. It isn't gritty either. The water with the pack mixed in is smooth and enjoyable to drink, I don't need to force it down. One pack is more than enough for a day you get plenty in the one serving. The grape flavor isn't bad it has a slight sweet taste so I personally add a bit more water to even out the sweetness. As a supplement I am very impressed with this one. I highly recommend it.
