Plastic sturdy, inexpensive (2 in a pkg for $1). Great for so many food items set out for a party so guests don't use their fingers. Use for pickles, olives, cheese, meat slices, tomatoes, cookies tray. They are perfect. About 7” long. What's not to like about them. Reusable. I keep them with my party pans and servers.
