Ready to install All installation hardware is included. The latch also has a mounting hole with 1-3/4 in. Spacing. Closer comes with seasonal latching adjustment option to switch between a glass or screen insert. Inside latch no lock out feature prevents accidental lock out Installs in three 5/16 in. Holes1-3/4 in. Installation hole spacing All installation hardware included.

This unit is amazing. The instillation was super smooth. My daughter needed one and I was working so he installed it and let me say he is not handy and it went extremely well. Very happy with how nice it opens and closes. I definitely will buy more products.

Surprisingly successful. Strong, quiet, works as advertised. Be aware that the directions are a little skimpy so you have to study them for a bit. But is has a good feel and does the job quietly. Better than the light duty one. Even if your application is light duty, I recommend the heavier duty unit.

A quality all-in-one kit to replace missing / broken screen door handle. Replaced a worn and rusty door handle and broken door holder, replaced all parts within a half hour or less. Instructions were included and weren't too bad, but they was clear enough to follow if you've never done this sort of repair before.
