Works well for us!

This works for my dog, Ellie. She is about 6 1/2-7 pounds, 12” long, and she can look out over the top edge and has plenty of space to shift around a bit, or if it's cold and I want to add a small blanket for her to stay warm. She could have used a smaller size, but I would rather she have some space. Kind of awkward to put on me, but do-able. The flat bottom is great for Ellie and it doesn't collapse. However, despite her small size, she gets heavy to carry after a couple of miles; a backpack is more ergonomic for me to carry her, but I like having her in front so I can keep an eye on her and she seems to prefer a front pack, too.
