I needed to start using this product because of a medical problem. I was hesitant at first because my doctor recommended another brand that was extremely expensive. I watched the video and noticed that the water was clear just like the video stated. I made a few mistakes at first, but eventually figured out the exact ratio needed. Just remember to follow the instructions on the back. I couldn't even taste the powder!! I use it in all of my liquids! I'm really happy with this product!! Also, the price is reasonably comparable to the size of the container!
