Ladder is good
For the price and free shipping this ladder is OK. I have an old 6ft wood ladder that is getting kind of shaky and a 12 ft wood ladder that in my old age I can't really lift anymore. Home depot charges $90 to deliver a ladder. This one is light enough to carry around. It is not heavy duty but for the home owner who uses it occasionally, I think it is excellent. I used it to take the leaves out of the lower gutters (the higher ones have gutter guards). It was much better than my 6 foot ladder since I got up higher making the job easier and faster. and i didn't dirty the gutters with mud by touching them to steady myself while going down. I will use it to repair a crack in a wall under a cathedral ceiling, Otherwise, I will still use the 6 foot ladder inside. I will use it to do some panting on the outside of the house in the Spring. I would not recommend this ladder for a professional with heavy use but I recommend it for a homeowner. Once you get on it it is very steady.
