This knife is amazing. It cuts very well and stays sharp. This is an amazing knife! I have used it to cut breads,meat,various fruits and vegetables and it cuts them all with no problems at all. It hasn't lost it's razor sharp edge that it came with. The handle is very comfortable and the offset blade makes it just that much easier to use. This knife is very thin and medium flexible. The thinness and sharpness along with the offset of the serrated blade make it a great knife for carving meat such as turkey. The blade offset keeps your fingers out of the mess, while the plastic/rubber overmold handle provides a solid grip. This knife is also perfect for cutting bread without smashing it at all.
