It's alright
Arrived w the seal broken and some leaking… I'm assuming it was just dropped and not a lot spilled out so it wasn't too big of a deal. Also be warned; I used this color over bleached blond hair, and I noticed it was very patchy. I had to dye it three times to make it even (and yes, I applied it evenly). Something to note when using this product. It also came out looking like a dark cold gray, looks blue sometimes.

Hi Kaylee! For best results with Alien Grey, we recommend pre-lightening and toning your hair to a level 10 pale white blonde. This will not only help the color show up as vibrantly as it should, but it will also help hold the color in your hair properly. If you get dull or discolored tones from our gray or silver dyes, this means that the hair was not properly toned before use. Performing a test strip on your hair prior to full use will let you know if your hair has been properly prepared for the dye.
