I purchased this phone for my business because of all the background noise in my phone lines. I have had the phone company out 5 or 6 times and they can't seem to take care of it. I needed to be able to hear my take out orders for my sub shop and this was the only way I could think of to remedy the situation. I am happy to report that it worked! This phone has enough volume to override the background noise that was hindering my business orders. I am very glad I purchased this particular phone. I am also very glad that I bought it from Walmart. The service and speedy delivery of this phone made it possible for me to correct the problem at my business in a timely manner and not lose customers because of it.
