USB charging cord

this replaces my old Clarisonic cleansing brush that I have had for years. The only thing I greatly dislike is the USB charging cord. I keep my Mia on the bathroom vanity. I of course do NOT have a USB charging plug here, so I have to plug the Mia into my computer to recharge it. Switching the recharging cord from a regular plug in cord to a USB is a BAD IDEA !

I love my Mia Prima. I had issues with large pores on my nose and the surrounding area but my pores have minimized substantially. My face feels a million times cleaner and looks more radiant. I have gotten a lot of compliments recently on how much my face has cleared up. It also helped with how oily my face gets.

Different than previous model for sure

I know it takes like 2 weeks for this thing to “power up” but it just definitely doesn't feel like as much of a workhorse as my previous Mia. The other concern I have is the charger port on the unit. I use my Clarisonic in the shower and the old version I had felt truly waterproof, whereas this one has a little clip that opens for a mini usb charger. Not sure how that can be deemed waterproof, but since it is...I'm using the unit just as I used my previous one. Time will tell I suppose. I don't like the brush that came with it. Wish I could've chosen what kind of brush I got since it's such an expensive purchase.

Hi Kelly! Yes, the Mia Prima has a Soft Start Feature. This feature allows for easy acclimation to cleansing routines. This automatic setting (adjustable within the app) starts any cleansing mode at 80% power on the first use and will then gradually climb to full power after two weeks of use. The Mia Prima is waterproof and can be used in the shower, bath or sink. Your suggestion to be able to choose your own brush head is being shared with the proper department.
