What has happened to product recently!!

I have used nice and easy for years (20+) and have clearly liked the results but what has happened to product recently . The colour hardly lasts 4 weeks and seems to leave my hair pretty limp and flat not what I expect at all . Think. I will need to look at changing product which is very disappointing after all this tine

Dark, flat, not what was advertised.

6r light auburn. My hair was already at a light auburn, a bit more copper. Haven't colored it in 4 months.. I used this color and what I got is FLAT boring WAYYY too dark “auburn”. You can barely see any of the red tones. I researched what I needed and this was a supreme let down. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who actually wants copper/light auburn hair. I'm absolutely devastated at my color result (even though it doesn't look terrible it's still NOTHING like I wanted.)

We recommend using a clarifying shampoo, followed by a deep conditioner, as this can sometimes soften a color that is too dark. We also suggest that you avoid the use of heat (ex, blow dryers, curling irons), which can further set the color in. If the clarifying shampoo does not lift out enough of the color, please call to speak with one of our hair color experts! Very disappointed

Really shocked, been using Light Golden Brown 6.5 for many years, probably 20 years plus, the latest application, is shades darker, almost dark brown. Very disappointing. Will have to find mother product.
