What has happened to product recently!!

I have used nice and easy for years (20+) and have clearly liked the results but what has happened to product recently . The colour hardly lasts 4 weeks and seems to leave my hair pretty limp and flat not what I expect at all . Think. I will need to look at changing product which is very disappointing after all this tine

Product has changed

I've used this product for years Today I used it left it on 35 minutes my hair turned out purple Ii dried it and went and bought a light blond put over the top it was dry. Put the colour in came out no colour at all be careful their product has changed never use again it's unfortunate now I have to get my light blind back it's purple gone wrong don't buy it

Dark, flat, not what was advertised.

6r light auburn. My hair was already at a light auburn, a bit more copper. Haven't colored it in 4 months.. I used this color and what I got is FLAT boring WAYYY too dark “auburn”. You can barely see any of the red tones. I researched what I needed and this was a supreme let down. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who actually wants copper/light auburn hair. I'm absolutely devastated at my color result (even though it doesn't look terrible it's still NOTHING like I wanted.)

We recommend using a clarifying shampoo, followed by a deep conditioner, as this can sometimes soften a color that is too dark. We also suggest that you avoid the use of heat (ex, blow dryers, curling irons), which can further set the color in.
