Lives Up To The Claims
Honestly, I was doubtful about the claims that were made for this Circadian Optics Lumos Light Therapy Lamp. Could a light really regulate my sleep, boost my mood, and give me more energy? However, I was desperate and decided to try it. I am absolutely shocked at the change! I am really sleeping better, without sleeping pills. In less than 2 weeks, I've gone from only getting 1 to 3 hours of sleep each night to getting 6 to 7 hours. Also, my mood has improved greatly, and, best of all, I really do have more energy! I'm sure this is due, in part, to getting more sleep, but it's just unbelievable how much my life has changed in less than 2 weeks. I will never be without one of these lamps again. I'm actually looking forward to winter. If this Light Therapy Lamp works this well now, in the summer, I can only imagine how great it will be against the "winter blues." This lamp is well made, lightweight, and portable, but can be top heavy when fully opened. It can be moved into a variety of positions that are really useful when I switch between using it at a table, in bed, or on the couch. It has a sleek design that looks nice wherever you use it. I very highly recommend this lamp to anyone needing more sleep, more energy, and a better mood.
