So much cinnamon!
If you love cinnamon, this is literally the perfect snack! The almond butter is quite sweet and doesn't really taste like almond but it's delicious! The cookies are VERY cinnamon-y, crunchy and have a decently thick layer of filling in between them! They are so crunchy they don't even really soften when dipped in milk. Yummy snack—a little healthier than my usual ones
I prefer the *cinnamon* almond butter flavor over the peanut butter with almond butter. (I have a sweet tooth!) I think it's a nice creamy blend of tastes. The outer, harder part of the sandwich is less yummy to me. I had my top teeth removed years ago, and that makes it harder to eat these. But I manage!
