This girl who used to live in Evergreen goes back for a visit. The general store in the town had closed. She decides to help reopen the store. She talks to a local contractor into helping her reopen the store. They find a letter in the letter's to santa box that had been there for 25 years. The one that wrote the letter still lives in the town.While fixing up the store to reopen the girl and contractor end up falling in love.
