I love this yogurt! It offers a rich, creamy texture with a deliciously smooth taste! It's packed with protein and probiotics without all the added sugar! It's great eaten by itself or I mix it with a few tablespoons of cottage cheese for a super high protein, low carb breakfast! Highly recommend!

Tasteless necessity

its much more light/creamy than other brands but the texture and taste is not great. i add chia, cacao nibs and a smidge of espresso powder to make it palatable and for extra protein. its easily my go to for a meal or snack. i have noticed a decrease in blood sugar since im eating yogurt more than most anything else. also helps that no cooking is required. price is outrageous especially since i consume so much.
