I personally prefer Greek god yogurt but it's out of stock a lot and this has almost all the same strains of the good probiotics as Greek god. it's only missing 1. but that's still pretty darn good and the taste is good. I mix one spoonful with the flavored yogurt by yoplait and then it tones down the sweetness of the yoplait and adds extra probiotics for me. this yogurt has been helping me feel better.

From tasteless to greatness

This selection was my first adventure into plain Greek yogurt without some form of sweetness added. My first impression was that it was tasteless, and that seems to be the norm. However as I was developing my favorite mixes and artificial sweeteners, I began to really like the yogurt. It has a nice texture and no after taste,etc. It mixes with my trail mix very quickly and nicely, for a treat. I have mixed the yogurt with cottage cheese and a can of sardines for a quick complete meal. I'm a fan of this yogurt now. Try it. u'll like it.

Best nonfat greek yogurt I've tried- and I've tried a lot. Add a lil honey and you are good to go! Very creamy and filling. Not too dry and not too wet, works for sauces and smoothies for added protein. Adding nuts and berries with honey is my go to breakfast.
