Cute pic frame, expensive S/H, bad cust. service

Though the picture frame was adorable I have a couple of complaints: 1. The plastic that is supposed to to protect the photo inside is a milky white so it can't be used since you wouldn't be able to see the picture. 2. I ordered 12 picture frames and two came broken since the package in which it was sent was very flimsy (a plastic bag with very little bubble wrap). I reached out to the provider for a refund and never received a response. 3. The cost for shipping to Michigan was insanely expensive ($50.00) which was the same as what all the picture frames cost.
