Great show - but DVDs didn't work at all

I had ordered this version (with the blue M on the bottom left side of the case) from Amazon and the product didn't work. I thought I had bad luck. Tried again with Walmart. Same result. I have seasons 1, 2 and 4 that work great and are made by Star Vista. This version with the blue M doesn't have the same care put into it (DVD are stacked over the other, no booklet with map of Vietnam) and it doesn't work. Again. Tried on Sony blu-ray player, X-Box S, laptop. Nothing will read these disks. Might be bad luck-twice-from 2 different stores, but something is wrong with these disc I think. Why can't we get the Star Vista version?
