Disappointed

I purchased my Samsung refrigerator in 2012, the filter that was match to my model no longer fits. I am very disappointment with my Samsung frig, the ice maker also doesn't work and this is my 2nd replacement. I will never purchase another Samsung again.

TERRIBLE

Samsung appliances suck! I bought a dishwasher that failed after two years. Now they change the filter profile on replacement cartridges for my expensive side by side and the H20 filter is no longer replaceable. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTER SAMSUNG!!!!!!!

filter doe not fit

i had same problem few years ago....filter would NOT fit.....their technician over the phone advised me to replace the housing to accommodate new filter design !!!
