Bluebonnet Albion Chelated Magnesium 200mg, Stress Relief*, 120 Capsules, 2 Month Supply

One of my doctors recommended 400 mg Chelated Magnesium for my severe muscle spasms and muscle pain in my legs saying that he was taking it. I liked what this brand did NOT have in it as much as what it did which is why I chose it. It only took about a week to build up in my system to start to see results. I no longer have the spasms or the pain except an occasional little twinge. Also, I was disappointed that I was having so much pain in my legs taking daily walks with my husband. That is completely gone. I have other medical issues but to have this painful one gone has lifted my spirits and literally helped me to deal with everything else I have to face physically and my daily tasks. I received this order from Walmart within a couple days after ordering it. I have been using Bluebonnet Magnesium for about a year now and I am pleased with this product. I have been using Magnesium for pain and this one works just as good as the product I was using before trying this one. I switched to this one because it was recommended to me from a health coach and it is also much more affordable than the one I was taking.
