A brief loss of power and surge in an instant power return killed the battery in our AVR550U. Of course, that meant that none of the equipment plugged into it was damaged. Tripplite was 100% terrific in providing a new unit. It was easy to install and has our Audio/Visual equipment is protected again. Thank you Tripplite!
