I use this from head to toe in the shower. I'm on oxygen therapy 24/7/365. Of course that's not used in the shower, %26 I need to sit in the shower due to dizziness. The point is I need something quick %26 efficient. This works well %26 doesn't irritate anything or dry my skin out.
