It works really quickly or at least it does on me. I have arthritis in my legs so I usually reach for this to rub on them and it starts working quickly. This is the only thing I can find that actually works for me. The only problem is I hate the strong smell.

Just bought to try and have only tried for 3 days. Thought with the menthol might work better than others. Feels nice when goes on. Wish these over the counter creams would last a little longer. I would recommend this.
