All products must be returned and inspected before FULL CREDIT is issued or a REPLACEMENT of the same or equal value is given. DURANGO DOES NOT PRO RATE OR OFFER PARTIAL CREDIT. This is the 5th pair than I have purchased (steel toe and without ) and they have all fit true to size and have been comfortable from pulling them on untill worn out. Beats the competition hands down!!! I will not buy the other guys brand work boot again....
