Are you trying to work or school from home via videoconference? This doohickey is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! You won't be the guy whose feed cuts in and out, and you'll be capable of being present for the entire class or meeting. INDISPENSABLE! It also came more than a week earlier than Walmart.com said it would!

Worked instantly and perfectly with Win10 T.P.

I purchased this to upgrade my laptop that had 10/100 Ethernet. Later, I installed Win10 Tech Preview on my desktop, and the Intel driver for the I218v gigabit Ethernet adapter wasn't compatible. Dug this adapter out of a drawer, plugged it in to USB3, and instantly had gigabit Ethernet. It's a great performer - I'm impressed all over again. Thanks, StarTech!
