Directions: This product does not contain directions or complete warnings for adult use. Do not give more than directed (see overdose warning). Shake well before using. ml = milliliter; tsp = teaspoonful. Find right dose on chart below. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age. Remove the child protective cap and squeeze your child's dose into the dosing cup. Repeat dose every 4 hours while symptoms last. Do not give more than 5 times in 24 hours. Attention: Use only enclosed dosing cup specifically designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing device. Under 24 lb (Under 2 Years): Ask a doctor. 24-35 lb (2-3 Years): 5 ml (1 tsp). 36-47 lb (4-5 Years): 7.5 ml (1-1/2 tsp). 48-59 lb (6-8 Years): 10 ml (2 tsp). 60-71 lb (9-10 Years): 12.5 ml (2-1/2 tsp). 72-95 lb (11 Years): 15 ml (3 tsp).

Works fast, tastes okay, and gets the job done whe
This stuff is a lifesaver when my kid is running a fever or feeling lousy. It kicks in pretty fast, usually within 30 minutes, and helps bring the fever down while keeping them comfortable. The cherry flavor isn't a battle to get down, which is a win. Definitely a must-have value safe medicine in the cabinet for those unexpected sick days.

Very effective for fever, but may cause constipati
I really like this medicine and use it often for my child. It works very well to reduce fever and makes my little one feel better quickly. However, I noticed that after taking it, my daughter sometimes has issues with constipation. Because of that, I would rate it 4 out of 5. I think it tastes good
