For adults and children 12 years and over, take 20mL every 4 hours. For children 6 to under 12 years, take 10mL every 4 hours. For children under 6 years, do not use. Good taste
The only cold and cough syrup I have found that the kids won't cry before taking. Seriously, I think we've tried them all. Also has adult dosing amount on the box so I've taken it for my colds. It tastes like medicine, but is moderately good enough to not turn the kids off from taking it.
