I believe this blind is ok. Its the shipping and handling im writing about. Upon delivery the box it came in was damaged and had been retaped. The blind was dirty and the brackets were missing. Im remodeling a house for sale and needed this blind or else i would have returned it. I found brackets so after clean up i was able to use it.
