Look great but not working great.

The blinds came quickly but you could tell the end of the box was damaged and taped over - I'm assuming somewhere in shipping. When I opened it the mounting hardware was missing. I contacted the manufacturer and they send me a set. I just got them up and they don't open or close all the way. The wand rotates the miniblinds about a quarter turn then just "clicks". I contacted the manufacturer who suggested to keep turning and if it does not work they are defective and need to be returned to Walmart. They look great but don't work great. Guess I have to uninstall to return - not a big job but not fun either.

If you want good durable blinds, get Bali blinds.

The first blinds I purchased was a very poor quality. The end of the blinds were broken to pieces in the box. So I took them back to Walmart for a refund. I’m not even going to open these blinds for fear that they might be broken also. I ended up repairing my Bali blinds, a the they work out just fine.
