Weird oil stains on sheets upon opening.

Wow, I am highly disappointed. I thought that if they're charging $50.00 for some sheets, they ought to be valuable! I immediately noticed weird oil stains on my sheets upon opening! I decided I would put them in the washer and see if those stains come out. And if they don't come out, I'm returning I may return anyways because it does not feel soft like cotton. Why cotton twill? It looks rough and it looks like a paper table cloth. so maybe it will soften up I noticed loose strings near stitching. I really just wanted 100% cotton sheets. The terracotta color isn't what matched the picture. It looks like a light orange slightly pink color. I don't know if these are authentic cotton because chezmoi collection is not highly reviewed. Hardly anybody reviewed the sheets so I just don't know how to tell if they're real cotton or if they're fake, chezmoi doesn't even have their own website.
