Cherry Stone Poultry Grit is made of 100% natural quartzite. Quartzite is a clean, angular grit that is harder and sharper than granite. It aids in the proper digestion process of poultry and acts as a food grinder in a bird’s stomach. Due to its unique rose color, Cherry Stone Grit is often used for hobby crafts, aquariums, flower pot drainage, grill liners, paver joint fill, aeration, and other decorative purposes. Size #2 grit is 3/16 inches large.
