Chefman 12” Everything Maker Countertop Electric Pizza Oven, Midnight

Well, I am no chef and I doubt anyone who is would be buying this item. I got it specifically to make frozen pizza. Unlike that other "stone" baked pizza maker that's all over the TV (do people still watch that...) I like that this is really set up for frozen pies (although you could use it to make your own if so inclined. The real time saver for me is that this preheats in about 3 minutes versus my gas oven which takes the better part of 30. The actual cook time was about the same (most pies call for about 400 degrees and I bake right on the rack). The crust was perfectly crispy but not dry. I love it! I also decided to top some corn tortillas with shredded cheese and it was way simpler, faster and cleaner than using a skillet on the gas range. The tortillas were awesome...slightly crunchy but still able to fold without breaking. The plates are non-stick and I really was able to clean up with just a damp paper towel while they were still a little warm. Now, there is no temperature adjustment. You literally plug it in and wait for the green light to tell you it's preheated. At first, I was a little disappointed but it cooks so fast and evenly (and it's so simple to lift the lid for a quick check) that I now love the simplicity of just "plug and play" as they say. Anyway, I am a big fan of this reasonably priced kitchen gadget that actually performs exactly as promised.
