i mean, people either like Cheerios, or they don't. i love em! i don't know if it's the healthiest snack, but sometimes I will graze on them as one would with chips or crackers. Without milk. (Maybe it's a habit I learned as a toddler? i dunno.) I'll go years without eating them, then I'll randomly get the idea on my head, and I'll go through a phase which is but a box, enjoy, then next shopping trip buy another I'll begin to start wanting a different snack after the 2nd box, sometimes third. Personally, some cereals don't really taste that great without milk. Cheerios tastes great with and without if someone is reading this and has never tasted Cheerios, I would recommend. they aren't sweet. if yr craving a tasty sweet version, I would try the honey nut Cheerios.

This simple cereal is something my two puppies look forward when training! This was suggested to me from my first trainer 15 years ago. She told me not to spend a lot of money on "training treats" that will fill up my dog's stomach and make them sluggish.
