Don't buy it for the chair
the chair that comes with this sauna is ridiculously small. It is like a small child's folding camp chair. I bought this particular sauna because it came with a chair but I ended up donating the chair and purchased a shower chair instead. (an additional $40.) The cover for the frame is tight therefore the zipper closure is tight. Treat the zipper gently if you want it to last. Otherwise all else is fine.

This thing is amazing!
This thing is amazing! Originally I had ordered a sauna bed but returned it to have the sit up type like this one. As soon as I got it it was very easy to assemble... just had to take off the wrapping lift it up, turn it on .it was hot in 10 minutes. Sat in it for 15 minutes with a towel on the floor and towel on the chair. It was very relaxing and I slept very well that night and skin is very soft. I definitely recommend this it's worth it I believe it's more effective than the saunas in the gym because it's infrared. because it's your own little personal 'sweatbox' and gets very warm very quickly, you just need to wrap up in a towel or sit in there nude if you want to... either way it's your own private sauna Its awesome!
