Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11 inches x 17 inches baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway. Full Baking Sheet: 18-22 minutes, Half Baking Sheet: 16-18 minutes. Note: Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
Safe Handling Instructions
KEEP FROZEN. Do not thaw. FOOD MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots.

Best Fries Ever!
Best fries ever. Well seasoned , delicious and easy to fix in air fryer. Taste very fresh and not greasy like fries cooked without oil or lard. Great side dish for sandwiches. Raw potatoes take too much time to prepare or turn rotten in pantry shortly after purchase. I had stopped making fries from scratch because of these issues and problems frying on electric stovetop when smoke detectors and fire suppression equipment are activated.
